InterContinental Koh Samui Resort, an IHG Hotel

An unforgetable experience… an oasis of natural beauty and top services. The beauty of the resort cannot be described into words, perfectly blending in and enhancing nature’s wonders. About the services: “chapeau” - every single person in the staff is there to make you feel good, pampered. The personnel is super well trained, extremely polite and nice with the kids. We had the best breakfast ever, felt like every dish and ingredient was especially curated so you cand enjoy best of the best. Great food in both restaurants, congrats to the chef and the teams there. Sparkling clean rooms, cleaning person came even 2 per day to arrange and clean the room. You made our stay a great one! ❤️

Stunning location, where we stayed in a beautiful and spacious room with a wide view of the sea and the setting sun. Staff, especially Mr.Kay, were friendly and helpful with any of our requests. Breakfast was excellent with a lavish selection food for anybody's taste. The resort has several pools, of which we used the very nice beachside pool.

Incredible breakfast, beautiful ocean view room with special touches including complimentary fruit platter and an array of pillow choices! The private balcony with large sofa was perfect for chilling. Amber restaurant and Flames restaurant were both exceptional. The pool areas were pristine and amply stocked with towels plus complimentary water and spf50 sunscreen. The staff were always on hand to drive us around the site as we needed. A wonderful stay as a special treat.

Amazing view - if you like sunset, this location in Samui is second to none. You can watch from beachfront, pier, their bar. Trust! Attentive staff - the staff knew we had a birthday during our stay, and left a birthday cake and message in the room (complete surprise, no additional costs or claiming credits), want you to know that we really appreciate this gesture. Very nice bathtub and bathroom facility. No hidden cost - they will tell you the cost of transport and other services upfront and they don’t try to scam you into paying for anything. Also very family friendly.

First of all the service is out of the ordinary we have never had such an extraordinary experience with the staff, they are very forthcoming, kind, and solution focused especially the Manager of operations, since we had some issues at the pool and with the room we stayed in. Secondly, the view and sunsets, they are just terrific particular from the lobby and the rooms in the front row, however, everything comes with a price because the resort is very far from the city centre and good restaurants one should keep this in mind. Also the breakfast was rich in choices and definitely over average in the hotel industry.
